In this module, expect to:

• Get to know the Slingshot team and the whole cohort of companies, with plenty of engaging and fun activities
• Get familiar with the program you’ll have ahead of you in detail, and expectations on both sides
• Learn the cultural principles of successful organizations and be inspired to work on your own culture and leadership challenges
• Get familiar with why most companies fail, most growth challenges and how to overcome them. Get inspired with external guest speakers who have been there, and done that!
• Learn about future leadership and conscious self-leadership - as well as how to lead others to effectively grow your business
• Learn the fundamentals of coaching and how to balance the art of asking questions and providing the answers - to bring the best out of others and why it matters
• Learn the power and fundamentals of Discovery and how to interview customers and users, as well as valuable tools, frameworks, and mental models to help you navigate what customers need
• Run real customer interviews, putting into practice what you have learned while being guided by us!

Duration: 2 weeks

In this module, expect to:

• Understand why leading holistically matters
• Learn how to lead with strategic context (e.g. Vision, Strategy, Principles, Objectives) and why it matters for strategic impact, growth, team motivation and happiness, and talent attraction
• Craft a solid and inspiring vision and strategy
• Learn how to design a good value proposition and test the fit with your most important customer profile
• Learn how to test ideas effectively with customers, using different techniques commonly used by some of the best companies in the world
• Get support in identifying main growth blockers and dissecting crucial insights to help you define your business goals
• Go through a fast-paced, fun, engaging, and important workshop on culture

Duration: 1.5 weeks

In this module, expect to:

• Understand the fundamentals as well as more advanced concepts (e.g. lagging vs leading indicators) of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), why they matter, and how to adopt them
• Understand the characteristics of good OKRs, and the most common pitfalls and traps companies tend to fall for
• Be able to formulate great OKRs, and how to use them as a team
• Learn practical lessons along the way from 20+ different leaders from all over the world
• Put everything you’ve learned into practice, and define your own OKRs for the next period (or review your existing ones) both from a business/growth perspective and culture. We’ll coach and advise you along the way!
• Set tasks for the next 2 weeks, aligned with your key results to ensure you’re moving the needle in the right direction
• Get support identifying those tasks, prioritizing them, and preparing for execution

Duration: 1,5 Day

In this module, expect to:

• Learn to enter new markets, and get help with internationalization, by the Slingshot team and PwC's broad international network.
• Learn what it takes to get the right funding and navigate funding rounds
• Get familiar with the growth mindset you need to win: lessons on pivoting
• Learn how to scale effectively with people, not with process
• Get familiar with how the fast-paced technology environment can shape your business, and how to navigate that change

Duration: 6 weeks

In this module, expect to:

• Go through 3 intense 2-week sprints, to execute your strategic efforts and tasks. This is tailored for you.
• Get support throughout the sprint. This includes both hands-on consulting (being part of your team) and also coaching you along the way.
• Be guided to adjust your tasks and key results when needed (according to progress), and select new ones upon sprint completion
• Get ongoing advice on direction and progress from the Slingshot team

Format of the sprints:

In the Grow Your Business Sprints, you will get assigned a business coach to follow you along the sprint. Your business coach will be with you 2 days, helping you execute whatever you define to be your top priorities (we will help you with this in the previous module).

In addition, we provide you both coaching 1:1 with your leader(s) and coaching sessions with the team.

Last but not least, the Slingshot team has dedicated time to work in the background to ensure we can contribute with additional and valuable information - as well as provide continuous feedback. In other words, we help you put some of the pieces of the puzzle together and will be sure to challenge you along the way!

In this closing, expect to:

Review what you have experienced and learned, and what to take forward.

Set a plan for the next phase, and agree on follow-up the culture roadmap, and 1:1 coaching.

Reflect together and celebrate the journey.
